Problem with PMS interACQ. PMS not getting a reading from ATC/BAP sensors. Help need

Anyone ever have problems with the PMS not reading the ATC or BAP sensors?

I know it's one of them because my AFR changes with how hot it is. I hooked up the stock computer and it runs perfect, turns out I don't need the interacq software, I just want to make a new dataset and use the handheld as it only needs to be richer at the top end and so that I can remove the limiter.... but.... I have used the interacq software and made tables on all 3 datasets (which are not working because its not reading the ATC/BAP sensor) and can't "zero out" the interacq tables with the handheld... so I'm currently trying to figure out how to basicaly reset a dataset so I can just use the handheld... You would think they would have a delete function..... I regret getting the pms at this point...

Back to the subject, if anyone has had problems with the pms not getting a reading from sensors and fixed it, let me know.

    Thanks

like I said before, with just the handheld and all zeros in the cells, the pms data is reset.

you will need to tune it from scratch to get everything set. one of these days Ill make a huge writeup on how to do it from scratch to get the tune to work well and not have the adaptive strategy mess with the settings.

sounds like you need to get the temp tables set to stabilize the afr's.

whats an atc sensor? do you mean the inlet air temperature?

the bap sensor (barometric pressure) has no outputs to the pms at all, and should have no vac line on it.
so, basically I have no idea what you are having troubles with.

Nathan... I mean this with no disrespect, but please take some time and read over the manual, and learn how the PMS works. Review the threads I have stickied, they will help you with a lot of the confusion you are having. Once we are all on the same page, we can better assist you.

I replied to the other thread. I just checked it out and I can't "zero out" the interACQ tunes, I suppose it would make sense, most people who buy the laptop software usually wouldn't want/need to go back to the handheld as you can make a new tune on interacq software no problem, but I just want to use the hand held but because I used up all 3 tune slots with the interACQ and now I cannot start a new tune with the handheld.

From my understanding, the handheld replaces the interacq tunes, you can only use one of them or the other, not both, and im sure they don't stack together. so if you save a zeroed out tune, it should be returned to the stock settings.

Are you positive about this? Because everything is already zeroed out on the handheld as I haven't used it yet. I have to load one of the datasets which already has a programmed maf transfer, injectors....etc. I can't zero that out with the handheld.

If you have done programming through the InterACQ software, the only way to "zero" the system out would be to reload it from scratch. You'll most likely need to contact EFI Systems for this.

Yes that is what they told me, that I need to send my system to get cleared. We are going to try hooking the pms back up again, hoping maybe it just didn't get a good connection to the bap/ATC sensor the first time. Is that a common occcurence with the pms not picking up all sensors because of a connection problem? Because the stock computer is reading them no problem.
